Method

  1. Cook the onion in half the butter for 15 minutes until golden and soft.
  2. Shape the mince into 2 thin oval patties and season. Fry for 3 minutes each side.
  3. Butter the outside of the bread. Layer cheese, patty, onions and cheese between slices.
  4. Toast in a pan for 3 minutes each side until golden and melted.
