Use leftover roast beef or good deli beef.

Method
- Cook the onion in the butter for 10 minutes. Add the stock and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the beef in the broth.
- Split and toast the rolls. Fill with beef and cheese and grill until melted.
- Serve with bowls of broth for dipping.
