This is a quick, healthy stir-fry. Pork tenderloin cooks in minutes.

Serve with rice or noodles.

Method

  1. Toss the pork in the cornflour.
  2. Stir-fry in the oil for 3 minutes. Remove.
  3. Stir-fry the vegetables and ginger for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the hoisin, soy and pork and toss for 1 minute.
